Hosted in the heart of Augusta Street, this interactive class blends education, tasting, and just enough prosecco to keep things lively. You’ll learn proper oyster shucking technique while getting a deeper look at oyster varieties, flavour profiles, and how to confidently serve oysters at home — all in B-Side Social’s relaxed, social setting.
