• 1st Course: Cock-a-leekie Soup
  Traditional Scottish soup loaded with roasted chicken, vegetables & barley.

• 2nd Course: Scotch Egg
  Hard-boiled egg wrapped in ground pork, breaded and fried until golden brown, served with traditional HP sauce.

• Ceremonial Haggis
  Address to a Haggis by Robert Burns.

• 3rd Course: Highland Pot Pie
  House-baked minced beef & lamb pie topped with scotch gravy, served with bashed neeps and champit tatties, accompanied by piping hot haggis.

• 4th Course: Cranachan
  Sweet raspberries folded into whipped cream and layered with honey-toasted oats, finished with a whiskey caramel sauce.
