New Year’s Prix Fixe Menu

APPETIZERS (Choose 1)

• Crispy Goat & Beet Salad (gfo): Panko-fried goat cheese balls, roasted baby beets, arugula, sweet red onions, pumpkin seeds, balsamic reduction, and honey drizzle.
• Roasted Cauliflower Soup: Silky cauliflower soup garnished with crispy florets.
• Caesar Salad (gfo): Crisp romaine with creamy Caesar dressing, bacon, herbed croutons, and Parmesan cheese.

ENTREES (Choose 1)

• Prime Rib (gfo): 10oz slow-roasted AAA Canadian prime rib au jus, served with seasonal vegetables and garlic mashed potatoes.
• Branzino Fillet (gf): Crispy European sea bass with lemon tarragon beurre blanc, herbed jasmine rice, and roasted bell peppers.
• Chicken Piccata: Pan-seared chicken breast with lemon butter caper sauce, garlic roasted cherry tomatoes, and fingerling potatoes.
• Chicago Cauliflower Steak (v, gfo): Pink peppercorn-crusted cauliflower, almond pesto, white cheddar & blue cheese potato puree, and confit baby beets.

DESSERTS (Choose 1)

• Strawberry Champagne Cheesecake (gf): Vanilla cheesecake with strawberry marbling, champagne mousse, strawberry swirls, and dark chocolate shavings.
• Chocolate Fudge Cake: Four layers of rich chocolate cake with chocolate fudge icing, finished with a dark and white chocolate glaze.
